THE STORY OF THE GUARDIAN BELLS
The Guardian Bells is a kind of good luck charm for motorcycle riders, as it protects the riders from the evil spirits while on the road. And the Guardian Bell should be attached close to the ground which allows it to catch the evil spirits . The general  idea of the Guardian Bell rings so loud that the evil spirits let go of your motorcycle as you ride.
 
THE RULES OF GUARDIAN BELL
NEVER buy your own bell (as it is meant to be given as good gesture from your loved ones)
NEVER hang your own bell (the giver should activates the bell's power by hanging it onto the motorcycle)
NEVER leave your bell when you sell your motorcycle (the bell should be cherished and kept for the blessing from the giver)
Attach it to the lowest part of the frame (it makes sure the first thing that evil spirits - gremlins - grabs is the guardian bell)
A stolen bell loses its powers (the guardian bells is all about good intention, the act of stealing will lose its power)
The bell should be occasionally cleaned and polished (as of good gesture and paying respect)
